today is #nationalpigday so I thought I’d celebrate by honouring and sharing the pig card from my oracle kin deck 💗 ICYMI pigs are my favourite animal – I’ve always loved their playful nature & distinctive characteristics 💗 pigs symbolise abundance and are also believed to symbolise the ability to sniff out positive opportunities 🐷 •

I believe we can learn a lot from pigs as they’re modest, generous and full of love… pigs also have the ability to find joy in life’s simple pleasures, which I believe is a trait which we can all benefit from ✨ I look forward to being more ‘pig’ 💕🐷•

I’m a strong believer that how we choose to start our morning really does set our intention for the day ahead and I think this is something important which we should be mindful of 💕🌷 start each day with both an open heart and an open mind and take a moment each morning to ground yourself before facing the day

with spring around the corner, I’ve begun planting my seeds & this year I’m making an extra effort to make my garden bee-friendly 🌻 DYK that purple plants are the most visible to bee’s & therefore foxgloves; lupins & lavender are favourable to our little fuzzy friends… the number of bees is decreasing & they’re a vital member of our eco-system 🌏•

🎗March is #EndometriosisAwarenessMonth & so I felt it was only right that I raise awareness & shed some light on this common, yet often misunderstood & misdiagnosed condition… 🧝🏻♀️💭 Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women & a diagnosis can take on average 8yrs, which is way too long! Shockingly, only 62% of women aged between 16-24 actually know what endometriosis is & so it’s important that we #endothestigma 💛🎗•

💕 if you needed a sign that things are going to get better, this is it… 💛 the daffodils are in bloom and spring is finally around the corner. I’m trying to be mindful and remember to find joy in the simple things like this joyful corner which I’ve created… I find it really helpful to adapt my decor and colour combo’s to match the mood I’m aiming to achieve, whilst not forgetting that everyday is halloween 🔮
A simple and effective way to shift your mindset is by writing down 3 things which you are grateful for, or 3 things which have made you smile… what’s on your list today?! 💕🌷🧿 •
