5 Things I’m Loving This Week… 002

Welcome back to That’s What Pea Said… Have you checked out my latest post: How to Harvest Full Moon Energy – PT2? Last week I introduced the first post in a new series: 5 Things I’m Loving This Week unfortunately a week on and the world isn’t looking any brighter… to make it feel even gloomier, the weather has been pretty miserable this week and it doesn’t look to be changing any time soon. To be honest, I find the rain to be both soothing and cleansing (and I have been collecting rain water for my plants), I’m just holding out for some sunshine, I think we could all use a little sunshine and warmth in our lives…

This week was actually a blur, which is both a blessing and a curse… For many months I have been thinking about creating my own business and in December 2020 I decided to take the plunge and get the ball rolling… I was expecting a few small orders trickle in over time, however I was fortunate enough to have a customer order placed containing a few hundred units! Naturally, I felt super grateful and jumped at the opportunity and I am pleased to say, after a busy week of creating and handcrafting the products they are almost ready for delivery. To say it has been a whirlwind is an understatement and it’s definitely worthy of making it onto my list!

This week I enjoyed celebrating the first full moon of 2021, you can read my latest post about how to Harvest Full Moon Energies here… I actually enjoy celebrating the moon throughout each stage of the lunar phases, however it feels like we have reached the first check-point of 2021 and with this in mind, I am hopeful that we are closer to the currently global shit-show being over.

Here are some of my favourite full moon activities, I always feel refreshed when I’m setting fresh intentions, followed by reflecting on my monthly goals.

☾ let go of what no longer serves you
☾ set intentions for the cycle ahead
☾ cleanse energies
☾ dress your sacred space
☾ make moon water
☾ meditate & manifest
☾ do everything with love

Whilst my daily motivation is looking a little different right now, I’m still taking the time each morning to enjoy using my beautiful copper bottle because it allows me to slow down & take the time to ground myself & focus my thoughts on the day ahead… during this time, I like to practice gratitude & focus on my manifestations: it’s a soothing & empowering ritual. I always feel a sense of satisfaction when I refill my water bottle each night before I go bed, it might only be a small habit but it is a positive habit nonetheless. I have found grounding to be extremely beneficial, during these stressful times, I highly recommend you give it a try too!

A simple way in which you can add a little magic to your life is by taking the time to enjoy a panad* in your favourite cup… Every blend of tea offers different properties & tea rituals are a lovely way to focus on the ‘now’. Whilst I’ve had a particulalry busy week with the launch of my business, I have been taking the time to enjoy at least one panad a day and I’ve found this to be effective for ensuring that I don’t burn out and that I rememeber to take time to breathe… It sounds trivial, but it’s been an absolute game-changer and I can’t wait for the warmer weather so once again I can enjoy my tea outside, topping up my vitamin D and my vitamin T!

In a bid to get more organised, I have been trying to work on collective content throughout the week and this has been a really productive and enjoyable experience. Employing this method feels much less overwhelming and it means I can focus on the content without the additonal stresses of trying to get everything completed at once. This might appear like a slightly unconventional item to make my list, but my life has recently become 10x busier and I’m really digging the work smarter, not harder vibes… Getting myself organised is going to be key for getting organised and keeping my head above water, so watch this space… it’s coming together!

This week has certainly been intense and I would be lying if I said I wasn’t looking forward to having a momentary pause, however I am grateful for all of the opportunities which come my way. How has your week been? What have you been loving? Lets chat in the comments xo
